1.Always respect the martial art, your teacher, kungfu partners and yourself.
- 尊重武術、你的指導老師、同伴與自己
2.You must be generous and helpful to others, not aggressive.
- 大方,樂意助人
3.Every moves must be controlled to avoid injuries to yourself and others.
- 練習時須控制力道,避免傷害他人與自己
4.Try to train seriously, to stay focused, to avoid accidents
- 認真、專注,避免意外發生
5.Wear clothes suitable for sport and kung-fu: a long pair of trousers, sneakers (shoes for sport) and a tee-shirt.
- 穿著適合運動及習武之服裝:長褲、運動鞋和T-shirt
6.Bring something to drink and a towel when you sweat.
- 自帶水和毛巾
7.Remove your jewels to avoid any problem (watch, necklace, etc.)
- 不攜帶任何、手錶、項鍊,吊飾等及貴重物品
8.Try not to arrive late, since warming-up and stretching exercises are of utmost importance before practicing
- 準時並在開始上課前熱身及做伸展操
9.Don’t eat just before the class, as you won’t feel comfortable. You can bring something to eat (cereals bar, banana, etc.) in case you feel too tired or dizzy.
- 課前勿飲食。(除非身體感到不適)
10.Don’t sit during the class, as your body will get cold then (and might provoke injury when resuming the class). Of course, if feeling dizzy, warn somebody near you and take some rest.
- 課程進行時請勿坐下,除非身體感到不適
11.You cannot leave during the class without informing your teacher
- 提早離開時務必告知指導老師(或幹部)
12.No conversation on the cell phone while training
- 上課時禁用手機
